Things Could Be Worse

will they dole out the sky
with separate charges for the clouds
depending on their colours

so that we no longer have at least
one free view and ceiling still our own
one last perspective on the beautiful

accessible to all, under no controls.

on what those in the past deemed
the Heavens?
