may the air grow rich with wonder
may green return for the coloured in trees
the air be awash with fairyland sparkles
and we be at our summer ease
we be at our ease to sing full throated
the instant that the desert blooms
showstopping the naysayers
with all their talking
that they had heard we died too soon.
