JUBILATION
In a mood of jubilation
Bells are ringing chorales singing
In each snowbound cell of my heart
Let the pines rustle and the evergreens
In a breeze from Heaven quenching all fevers
Let me dance mysteriously in a freedom
Never before dreamed of
And catch at the golden tassels
On the robe of the Lord God
a small child playing
In the bluebell fields so paradisical, paradoxical
come down to earth in more vivid blue violet hues
oh let me remind you
our joy could be endlessly made of prisms.
Let sparkling never cease.
But only grief.
