what's history anyway.
they knock everybody else down
so they can be king
but I'm not in that realm as
my mother used to say
of the births and the christenings
and the finding out in the blue books
who is who.and gets to go glam.
what's science those who think I am
isn't philosophy cool
just the rules the best minds of our day
decide what's true
until the next batch comes through
what is poetry
whoever yells loudest from the stage
or paints the sky yellow
and is all the rage
just to be different, diffident
riff a bit
and I'm not cynical
just a little tired
of all the burger king people
having it their way
while God goes begging for purple dye
who's the real King.
